It was very thorough and lots of critical thinking. I had met with the regional director and he mentioned that Benihana is all about bringing onboard potentials who show results rather than tenure. Be ready to be asked about what skills would make you an effective leader, Benihana’s history, what are some things you would change if you were hired, Benihana’s strengths, weaknesses, any concerns, your past experiences, and etc.

It was long but worth it. All staff were pleasant and the other managers.. Questions pertained to more on food and health safety which was the number one quality that a manager should consistently deal everyday
