After completing the application, there was a few phone interviews, followed by a panel interview with managers and HR and then an additional phone call to finalize the offer. The interviewers were focused and fair with their questions.

Pretty straight forward, interview with HR and CEO. The Bank is very particular about serving the underserved community and they're not about making huge profit for themselves. So part of the interview was making sure I was a great fit for their Company. Not everyone is about helping the community sure everyone says they are many things to get a job but when it comes to proving it they fail, and I don't think they like to have a huge employee turnaround, is not good for their clients.
