Awful. I only did the first 'test' but this was enough for me to see that. If you have any sort of learning disability I wouldn't even consider applying. 3 random 'tests' that had very little to do with design, and made me feel like a 10 year old sat at a school desk knowing I was a failure, felt like my entire 20 year design career along with 1 degree, 1 Masters and multiple extra diplomas in the subject had never happened. It all came down to reading comprehension and maths. I doubt anyone even bothered to look at my CV, my portfolio or even my cover letter. They should just skip and ask people to do the 3 weird tests to apply, save us all the time.
