I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons in Dec 2024
Interview
Terrible, they seem to have fallen to the same diversity equity and inclusion madness that is negativity impacting every other major company, and as such will turn away candidates based on race, religion, or some immutable characteristic and claim they are an equitable employer. I submitted my documents and received a rejection with the only two identifiable factors being my race, and my location of origin, within a week I was rejected despite being invited to companies with higher pedigree (so my resume or qualifications were not the problem, but I would concede that they may have had an employer in mind if the company wasn't still advertising 4 months after my application.)
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
Two rounds of several tasks, most of which were logic problems, some were programing. After I did two interviews, a both were half behavioral, the second half was logic based on the first one and system design on the second one.
