Interview
Intense but very thorough and caring interview process.
The first step is a CV Screening. If you pass the screening, you get in touch with your dedicated Hiring Manager that will follow you during your whole interview process. That's great, since you can ask all the questions you need: you feel taken in charge as they're very reactive and nice.
The whole selection process varies according to the role you're applying to but mine was:
- A series of tasks to complete online (for an approximate duration of 5 hours): logical tests - without any preparation required -, a business case to assess my problem-solving abilities, and a more personal task where I had to answer a few questions about myself and my curriculum.
It's long but it's definitely fun - and to thank you for the time you dedicated, they also donate some money to a charity after you complete all the tasks!
If you move on the next stage, you have several interviews. I've had two interviews:
- First one with a Hiring Manager: both problem-solving (with brainteasers) and behavioral
If you pass the first one:
- Second one with another Hiring Manager, only behavioral this time
Then, if you pass the last one, you are invited to provide a couple of references and the hiring committee reviews all the info of your entire process. And decides on whether or not you get the offer.
It was a demanding recruitment process but conducted by a great team - so I definitely recommend trying it out.
It's a very peculiar process - they don't have any biais about your past experiences or your ability to "sell yourself", but are instead focused on your thought process and logical reasoning.
Extremely long. Found it quite enjoyable but the testing methods they're using during interviews are extremely backwards. Solving a puzzle on call within 3 minutes won't really give you an indication of what sort of problem-solver I am or how adequate I would be for the given role. Yawn.
some weird logic test + behavioral questions. the logic test is a bit challenging if you did not do similar ones before. behavioral questions were quite standard and not hard to do.
Easy to follow but the interview process was quite long with the case they asked to complete. I found the questions weren't that close to the role but still interesting. Very lengthy
