A series of online tests, on vaius subjects like: IQ, skills and psychological. The duration of the first round of tests is about 5 hours long, the longest is a case study 3 hours long.

A series of boring and meaningless tests, completely unrelated to the position I was applying for. The first selection is automatically done by a computer using scores, you can't even talk to an internal recruiter.
