Was sooo chill. They told me that they just wanted to get a feel if I was someone that fit into their company culture. Overall very relaxed. Easy questions, mainly just wanted to get to know me, my past work experience (especially in customer service), what i knew about Ben & jerrys. They told me a lot about the company that i didn’t know before. Super chill though I cannot say it enough...

Laid back just mention and be passionate about their social mission, research their social mission or the company goals. Be very outgoing if you're applying for a customer facing job.
Easy very easy. They review your resume and ask you questions.You also ask questions. It was fun and easy. I think you don’t have to worry.seriously you don’t, very basic.

Informal interview, very chill, but took a time to hear back. I had to bump an email multiple times. The interview was in store with a general manager and lasted about 15 minutes.
