Interview
After applying through glass door I was contacted by the store manager by phone. After a short phone screening we scheduled an in-store interview. I met with the store manager while another employee kept an eye on the store. since there were no customers right at opening time, the other employee was able to evesdrop and chime in as I had questions. Both were very warm, interested, and helpful.

Interview
Very straightforward, had to take an ethics test to determine whether hiring was a potential al (took about 35 minutes). Lots of opportunity to ask questions and received thoughtful responses each time.
I applied on their website and then had 4 interview/meetings:

> online “ethics” quiz
> follow up interview to discuss results
> online interview with regional manager
> final “interview”/offer
