Informal interview about my background and qualifications. We also talked about the company for understanding whether culture were aligning.

Easy online application, only a CV required. They call you back rather quickly for a short chat and then potentially invite you in a few days later. That interview will be an HR person plus someone from development which also means a mix of HR questions with some practical matters sprikled in from the dev person.
