      Absolutely awful. I was asked old fashioned questions such as "why do you want to work with us" and "why are you a good fit for us" the recruiter lady then got angry that I didn't research what their company was about and she expected me to be committed with a fanatical enthusiasm. She rejected me on call said that I wasn't a fit said I didn't have the seniority but still insisted me on taking the technical test, why? because it was a predatory tactic for bullying me into accepting a low pay

      Interview

      It was a really cool process and interviews. Not going to lie, it's a long process with many steps. However, I liked it. There's a conversation with the HR team, then a technical assessment. After that, there are 4 interviews with other engineers and leaders to talk about your background, your skills, how you work in your day-to-day and technical questions. The HR team, especially the recruiter, was very helpful, being transparent and concerned about me and my feedback.
