Interview
1. Initial phone screen with a recruiter about past product launches
2. Interview with the hiring manager about launching a growth product
3. Panel interview about improving their UX/UI on their website
4. Did not move on to the next round which would be a take-home assignment and presentation
5 interviews including a presentation to the founders. The hiring manager gave clear instructions on each round and provided sample questions that made me feel super prepared. The goal was not to trip you up but to prepare you well so you could speak confidently.
