Belmont Management interview questions

A very unorganized unprofessional company never got the first place had a manager that was worried about eating and talking with other people and me a piece of paper sent me out to the other room to fill it out. Didn’t know anything about a resume and Larry didn’t know anything about her job. Now they’re looking for another manager along with maintenance. Nobody will work for them. I don’t blame them. I was told do not apply. I guess because I’m older than them very discriminate people.
