I applied through other source. I interviewed at Bellissimo Law Group (Toronto, ON)
Interview
There were two Zoom interviews. When I was a match they proceeded to give me an offer and I had limited time to confirm whether I would be accepting the job or not. Interview wasn’t hard and they asked experience and about my personality such as if I was comfortable talking to people.

Question 1
Q: Do you have previous experience working in customer service
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bellissimo Law Group (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2014
Interview
Phone interview, than there was an interview one on one with management followed by about an hour skill assessment test. Once you passed that stage, the final interview was a panel interview with the founder of the company. They asked alot of behavioural type questions to understand how you think, and reason.
Interview process consisted of a phone interview, physical interview and testing. I was interviewed by two manager simultaneously. They were both very warm and not intimidating at all. Questions were straight to the point and they made me feel at ease while assessing my answers. My only struggle was to contain my excitement and eagerness for the position in question. There is a writing and proofreading portion in which I don't feel I performed to best of my capabilities. Hopefully they will assess my eagerness to learn and grow , but more importantly think of me as a right fit for their organization. Good luck to all and I hope this review is helpful.
