It was pretty relaxed mine was in person which was fine they asked about past photo experience. and what cameras you are used to using. When I interviewed it was really low pressure they also ask if you have worked with newborns.

Interview
We had an online and Skype screening interview was t he first interview. After that process the Manager met me in person and was hired officially in person. They will go over all the medical immunizations requirements and etc.

They mostly asked about Photography skills and Photography goals. Comfort level handling newborns. Lighting skills for indoor and low light situation.

Interview
The initial interview with a Remote Recruiter/Trainer lasted roughly 1 hour. The interview was pleasant although very general in nature. There was great interest in my quiver of equipment. I'm doubtful that the representative looked at the portfolio that I submitted.

After the interview was completed the interviewer advised that the "Regional Manager" could be contacting me in several days for a remote face-to-face "Skype/Face-Time" interview.
