This company's process is an interesting one. It took about a week for me to get an invitation to the Jonestown location. However, the HR department has some real depth issues. They only have 2 people trying to accommodate for every interview and orientation. I had to pull teeth to find out the exact address of the building I was interviewing and only to find out that they never told me who I was interviewing with! I had to wait inside by the security office until they found someone. Once that drama was over, I was finally called into the managers office. (albeit a few minutes late, sometimes it happens) I was given a short tour of the facility, followed by an actual interview. After what I thought was a good interview, I did as some important questions but thought they did a good job answering. I was told it would take about a week to hear back because I was competing for the job with 1 other individual. Well, here we are now well over a month later and I never heard back! Needless to say I am very disappointed as they seemed like good people. Never would I have thought they would ghost someone but it does happen! I came into this interview very prepared only for them to throw me to the side. Probably won't look their way again.
