Phone screen + panel interview. Straight forward questions. Was a graduate role so not sure why they were so fixated on previous experience. Also asked if I'd be willing to do further education

Internal hiring. I had only one interview with the manager of the front office and one with the Adviser group I would be assisting. As it was intel the process was quite liberal as I was already familiar with most of the stakeholders
