Bell Mechanical Engineering Intern interview questions

Straight forward. They work to put you with a team of your interest. Very direct on what interests you may have and which teams you would be a good fit for.

The interview process was very laid back and more of a get to know you feel. I talked with an HR employee who walked me through a typical day and she was able to put me in contact with engineers I would be working with. The interview was very thorough and pushed me to dig deep and give well thought out answers. They threw curveballs at me that I was not expecting, but gave me enough time to thoroughly answer the questions. The interview was followed up with any questions I had, where I feel like I could have asked the interviewer more than she asked me, but she had an answer for all of my questions or was able to point me in the correct direction.
