Applied online then received a link to a online video questionnaire. You have to record answers to a list of non-technical and technical questions. Recorded the responses and finished the questionnaire, but no response (no rejection or next steps) after more than 3 months.

When applying, Bell would send you an email hours after the application. They would ask you to perform an online video interview with predefined questions, and you can start any time within the next 72 hours to record the video. There will be 30 seconds preparation time for each question and 2 minutes for answering.
