I got an email with an option of a phone or in-face interview.
The whole thing lasted less than an hour. A supervisor from the department and the person that will be you mentor ask you generic interview question followed by a few technical questions. Got hired after the first interview.

Interview
-one phone interview (technical)
-senior team member asked technical questions that are related to network as well as some CISCO and Juniper commands
-two personal interviews (hr, senior member, and hiring manager)
-i did a powerpoint presentation on why i should be hired. (lame)
