The technical interview was taken via Skype, it included questions both from main area (performance optimization and testing) and from general computer science (OS administration, networks, DBs, etc). There were also many specific questions about my past projects and my part in it. There also were revealed some details about the project that needs specialist with my experience. Then I had an interview with HR, it was rather common - I've learned the company policies, benefits, etc.
