I joined Bell Integrator last week and thought I should reflect on the process on Glassdoor. I found the position via a friend who already works at the company (their referral program gives handsome bonuses for bringing in new employees). So the manager invited me to interview with him directly. I then took a skill test and received an offer weeks later. Some suggestions for preparing for the interview: brush up on your Javascript and Python and know your goals for future career growth. Salary-wise I'd suggest asking for more and agreeing on a compromise.
