The pipeline was good; however, I was considered overqualified and couldn't get SDR's job. They could suggest vacancies for SDRs at Folderly but didn't do this. People are open, but decision-making is not understandable to me.

Smooth, the recruiter was nice and kind, but the salary they are offering is way too low compared to what they expect you to do. 20 SQLs from 4-5 different projects, and they pay 2000 USD gross, is outrageous.
This is almost like slavery.
