First, I scheduled a date and time that works out. Next, I met up with the hire manger and was interviewed for whatever position I applied for and talked about making sure I'm comfortable with the work/training they will have me do and the starting pay.

The hire manager asked me to describe my work ethics and if I was okay with doing any of the work described to me for the position I applied for.
Brief interview with hiring manager and floor manager. Discussion concerning prior retail experience, areas of interest, why one wants to work at Belk, and availability/scheduling requests. Prior retail experience preferred but not required.

Very easy. You just need to show up. They ask you basic questions about your past experience and why do you want to woy at Belk. They confirm your availability and you are pretty much hired
