Interview
The interview process started with a telephonic interview after which I was asked to complete an online test. The next round is with the plant manager where they analyse your behavioral traits. You have to give a 5 minute presentation prior to this interview. If selected, you move on to the final round.
This is where things get unprofessional. I was asked to prepare for the final round as I was selected for it. After preparing for over a month, after entering the video interview room, I was told that I was being removed last minute due to technical reasons.

What according to you is your biggest success and biggest failure
There are 3 rounds of interviews: behavioral interview, technical interview, and final interview. During the final interview, I had two interviewers, an HR, and a technical director. Once you pass all the interviews, they will reach out to you and discuss further your compensation & benefits.

It's clear this company wants to invest long term in new talent. They were very organized and gave me responses quickly. Wonderful experience, can't wait to work here! Everyone was super friendly and immediately made me feel welcome.
