I applied online. I interviewed at Bekaert (Marietta, GA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Video Screen with Talent Acquisition in Mexico
In Person panel interview with Human Resources and Hiring Manager at the Marietta, GA office location.
In a conference room, looks like updated brand new offices.
Why do you want to work at Bekaert?
(aka its "niche" business, its European, they are not customer facing, most people have never heard of the company, its not a sexy business, they sell steel products)
I applied online. I interviewed at Bekaert (Brussels)
Interview
I went through a total of 6 rounds of interviews, including 2 HR rounds and 4 case study rounds (MBB-style). The process felt unnecessarily long and distant.
Round 1: HR screening
Rounds 2-5: Case study interviews
Round 6: HRBP discussion
Despite investing significant time and effort, I ultimately received a generic rejection email with no feedback or explanation. Even the HRBP interview, which I expected to move or talk about next steps, seemed disconnected from the prior rounds and felt more like an exploratory conversation than a final evaluation.
Overall, the process was slow, lacked transparency, and left me without any meaningful closure after multiple rounds of interviews over the course of 2.5 months.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bekaert (Glasgow, Scotland) in Oct 2025
Interview
A screening call was scheduled, but no one joined the Microsoft Teams meeting at the agreed time. I followed up multiple times by email and received no response.
Overall, the process felt unprofessional due to the lack of communication.
