Simple and straight forward. This is a modern company with an old-fashioned mentality. There were no trick questions or gimmicks. Just tell them who you are and why they should hire you.

Recruiter set up initial phone call with a supervisor. The whole interview was essentially a conversation and the supervisor telling me more about the role. He was very straight to the point with the questions. Overall an average interview. What irritates me about this interview process is that I never heard back from them. I even sent two follow ups. It put a bad taste in my mouth about this company who claims to be very community/family focused.
