I interviewed at Behavioral Innovations (Midwest City, OK)
Interview
Very easy not hard at all. Only one round and the interviewer was likable and knowledgeable. I understood the entire process by the end of the interview. I just didn’t want to leave my comfy work from home. She was even saying she would make things work for me but I was too comfortable where I was.
I interviewed at Behavioral Innovations (Pearland, TX)
Interview
First you will get an introduction call in which you describe your background and your interest in why you want to work in aba. If you do well with that, then you will be called in and you will have to do a mock session (with a rbt by your side to model, and an actual client as well as the clinical director(I believe that was her position). They are looking to see how well you pair and if you’re able to run one of their targets.
