Behavioral Connections interview questions

Management did a group interview which was not the best for learning about everyone’s experiences in the field. Everyone went around telling information about themselves which I did not find appropriate for this type of job. It was not the best use of everyone’s time and made it feel like they needed to hire people to fill the openings rather than find quality workers with the best experience and that were the most qualified
