Completely virtual and consisted of a quick zoom call. They asked about any relevant background experience and a few “what if” questions. Overall the interview was very simple and easy.

Interview was virtual. The process wasn’t long. You submit a form with your availability before the interview so they can accommodate your schedule. Very understanding and open to any questions i had.

Have you had experience with children on the spectrum?
It was really easy! The recruiter was really nice and gave me the job right away. We mostly chatted about my past experiences and how I qualify for the job.

pretty smooth process, if you have experience and open availability you'll most likely get the job. There is a phone screen, and then a virtual interview. After that if you are picked you will get a phone call and sent over onboarding paperwork
