Initial group interview that later leads into paid training. Very hands on and very helpful. Great question response and they disclose the pay rate which is helpful. But they don’t disclose that they will add more work later on like additional training or skills

The interview was very comfortable and a lot of information was given about the company and their hours-building process. The interviewer was pleasant and welcoming. Felt more like a professional conversation. Was offered job on spot.

I first had a brief phone screening, which was very straightforward about the job responsibilities. Then I had a Zoom interview with the program director. She was very pleasant, informative, and thorough. She did offer me the position during the interview, but the hours weren’t going to be what I needed.
