I received a phone interview and was asked about my experience with kids and questions specific to what the company is looking for such as ABA experience, education and reason for applying. It was a delightful phone interview because we bonded over psychology topics. Then I was told that I was a great candidate to continue to the next step.

The interview process was very easy. I was asked about my availability and provided expectations regarding the position. They had options for in home and a center. The job description explained the job duties. They let me know there was a virtual training and then field training after that.

It was a straightforward and fun interview. She had me role-play different situations that could come up with kids. She also explained the role and the benefits. We went through availability.
