Interview
Met with several different partners and managers over several visits. Some conversations were more laid back, others were more traditional. There were case study "questions" not full exercises with presentations and such.

Asked typical behavioral questions asked in interviews. Not trying to trick you in any way. Really trying to see how you work and your approach to problems as an employee.

Interview
On Campus-Recruiting Interview, first round. The recruiter was a former Cal graduate, very welcoming and made the process easy. Interview lasted about 25 minutes. Getting to know your resume and some behavioral questions as well.
