Beets & Roots interview questions

The interview was nice, the manager was very friendly and ask me to do a trial shift another day, so I went and worked for almost 3 hours with basic explanation of the work itself, and at the final they told me would give me an answer next day, but guess...not even an email to say no. This was very bad and rude.
