BeeX(Japan) interview questions

The interview process consisted of two rounds followed by an offer discussion. The interviews were relatively open-ended and focused mainly on my past　experience and communication skills. I was asked to elaborate on my resume and explain my previous projects in detail. There was also a discussion about whether I could communicate directly　with clients, as my current role does not involve direct client interaction. My current salary was also discussed during the process. After the interviews, there was an offer meeting where we discussed the responsibilities of the position and my expected start date. Overall, the process was smooth and conversational.
