      Intern - Hourly Interview

      28 Aug 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Detroit, MI
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bedrock (Detroit, MI) in May 2016

      Interview

Received email with name of person I was interviewing with. When I arrived I met with 2 people that were not previously referenced (common theme in Bedrock is a lack of communication and disorganization). Both people seemed very inexperienced at their position and didn't really know how to conduct a proper interview. We sat down and one of the people continued to say "tell us about yourself" after a 5 min resume summary we ended and they said oh we just wanted to meet you thanks for coming in. Little did I know this was only the beginning of the historically horrific disorganized Bedrock real estate company located in downtown Detroit. The worst place I've ever worked.
