Easy, I was hired on the first day. Everyone was nice and cordial. Discussed job details and specific times I am available to work. The employer was direct in asking questions.
I had an interview with the operations manager after walking in to get an application. Within 20 minutes I was interviewing with the store manager and had a job the next week.
