Interview
Submitted an application online through snagajob and received a call several days later to schedule an interview. Met with two of the assistant managers, one right after the other. It was really laid back, and he seemed really excited to meet me and have me potentially join the team. He asked one or two basic questions, then the second manager did the same and made me an appointment with the store manager for the following week. That session took about 45 mins to an hour. The following Tuesday I met with the store manager once he returned from vacation. Again, very laid back. He asked me about my availability and if scheduling between two jobs would be an issue. He then said at the end I'd hear back by the end of that week. That interview took only 20 minutes. Received a call on Friday afternoon with an offer.

Interview
Came in for an in person interview, lasted about 30 minutes. Asked for previous experience - rundown if resume. Then asked scenario based questions. What would you do if x happened. How did your previous experience relate, etc. Got a call with a job offer within 1-2 weeks and orientation began shortly after.

3 questions. My feeling was that they just want a warm body. Stocking and cashier work. Minimum wage. They asked me if I go to the bathroom a lot... Apparently they were having issues with that. Thought was odd, declined offer. I will go to the bathroom whenever I like to, thank you very much.
