Interview
very easy, they bring you in to fill out a standard questionnaire to check your personality. Then based off of that they will call you for an interview. The interview is very quick, i think i was only interviewed for 10 minutes. Then the next day they called me for a "second interview" which was really the store manager just telling me i had the job.

very easy, when have you had leadership experience, when have you faced a difficult problem, why do you want to work here, etc. very easy and almost laid back the interviewer was very easy going.
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.

Interview
When turning in your application they do a 5 minute on the spot interview with a Manger on Duty. Afterwards, they called to arrange a formal interview with the store manager.
