I was contacted from a recruiter first and that initial meeting was just okay. I was only really asked why am I looking for another opportunity. The person I spoke to just seemed like he was trying to just get anyone to be honest. I was then set up with a phone interview that was scheduled a couple days later. From the very moment the interview started I knew that it didn't go well. The interviewer honestly didn't seem to care one bit, he was very bland while I was trying to be very enthusiastic. Also, I would have been commuting a good amount of distance and instead of the interviewer asking me if I am okay with that, I felt like he was trying to deter me from even wanting to continue moving forward with the process. By the end of the call, I just knew that this would not be a good fit for me.
