Phone interview led to 2nd interview then a 3rd. Company told me i was top candidate for 4 months. Strung me along told me they just didnt know what position they would give me. After almost 5 months of waiting, i tried to email/call and nobody would return my call. Gave up, and im moving on... TERRIBLE way to treat potential employees.

They asked basic questions and then the RDM actually asked me if i had kids and could handle the long summer training.
Had to jump on 3 separate video interviews, but they were all straightforward. They want to recap your Career history, review your Skills, and lastly the Q &A. Overall, the entire process took 1.5 weeks.

Had a phone interview and moved to an in person interview with the DM. Both interviews went very well, as they both were very friendly and made the process stress free.

Interview
Recruiter didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the company or the job description. Didn’t seem to come with prepared questions. Didn’t seem happy about having to interview. Recruiter repeatedly coughed into the phone without any apologies. Made me not want to finish the interview.
