Interview
First they make you fill out a form in the waiting area and then someone will call you up. The interview itself was super brief. Make sure to sell yourself within 10 mins or else the interviewer will move onto the next person. They want people are willing to lift over 50 lbs and climb ladders to retrieve items
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.

Interview
When turning in your application they do a 5 minute on the spot interview with a Manger on Duty. Afterwards, they called to arrange a formal interview with the store manager.
