The process was smooth and fast. Questions were regular sales question. Make sure you come on time and and give a detail description of your past experience. Also make sure you know about homes and interior design this will really help you relate to bed bath and beyond.

Had to jump on 3 separate video interviews, but they were all straightforward. They want to recap your Career history, review your Skills, and lastly the Q &A. Overall, the entire process took 1.5 weeks.

Had a phone interview and moved to an in person interview with the DM. Both interviews went very well, as they both were very friendly and made the process stress free.

Interview
Recruiter didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the company or the job description. Didn’t seem to come with prepared questions. Didn’t seem happy about having to interview. Recruiter repeatedly coughed into the phone without any apologies. Made me not want to finish the interview.
