Interviewing process is similar with most companies, I went through an interview with human resources and filled out a typical job application first. I was brought back for a full day interviewing process with management representatives from supporting departments for a second interview. I received a formal written job offer to accept the position.

Interview
It was very laid back. It hardly felt like an interview. You'll be talked to for a bit and then eventually asked to tour the plant at a later date. There was really never a real interview.
