Bebashi Advanced Practice Provider interview questions

I had an interview with an staff member in HR, I believe the hiring manager. The interviewer did not go through my resumé prior to the interview. The interviewer began the interview stating that I have very little experience prior to even asking me what my experience as a health care provider has been, despite having my resumé. The interviewer then went on to state I had a significant gap in my resumé when that was also untrue. The interviewer sounded very indifferent and disinterested in what I had to say and continued to belittle my clinical experience for all ten minutes of the interview. This was probably one of the most uncomfortable interviews I have had so far in my career. The organization seems to be making a positive impact, but their hiring process could be improved.
