I applied online, I had four interviews total. First was over the phone, second in person, another over the phone, and then the final was in person with one of the owners.

I went through five interviews. The first four were genuinely great I connected well with both management teams and felt positive about the role. However, my final interview with one of the owners, Minda, was a very different experience. She came across as judgmental and somewhat condescending, and it left me with the impression that she is not the type of leader I would want to work for. Ultimately, they chose not to move forward with me due to what they considered a “lack of outside sales experience,” which I found surprising given my 15 years in the beauty industry. At the end of the day, we’re talking about selling shampoo and conditioner, not luxury yachts, so the emphasis on that specific experience felt misplaced. Based on my interactions and the overall tone of the process, I personally would not recommend working for this company. My impression is that employees may not be treated with the level of respect and leadership they deserve.
