Beaumont USD interview questions

There's a panel of four that interview you, and although they are very nice they give off the impression that they don't want to hire you, right from the start. They tell you a little bit about the process, and each of them read a question, but it's just as if they were following a script. It makes you feel somwhat intimidated, no matter what your qualifications are. It's like they have a little kids "gang" that you never fit into.
