- 30 min d’échange où j’ai pu poser des questions sur les équipes et Bearing Point
The process starts with an email invitation from HR, followed by an initial HR screening interview to discuss the candidate's background and cultural fit. It was a 30-minute conversation focused on the motivation, salary expectations, and high-level experience.
J'ai passé un entretien de pré-sélection avec les RH de BearingPoint. L'échange a porté sur l'approfondissement de mon parcours et de mes expériences. L'objectif était de mieux comprendre mes aspirations et de vérifier si mon profil correspondait à la culture et aux valeurs de l'entreprise
