The interview process consisted of a phone screen interview and three separate in-person interviews at their main office located in Hackensack, NJ. An employee conducted the initial phone screen and was primarily concerned with motivation factors. They asked many illegal questions which included; Are you married?/ Do you have children?/ Do you own or rent a home?
The first interview was held at the win office and interviewers focused on questions concerning experience and motivation.
The second interview was also held at the main office. The questions from the interviewers again focused on experience and motivation and felt a little less friendly then the first interview. At the second interview I was also given a skills test which concentrated on knowledge of Word/ Excel/PowerPoint and additional quantitative questions. (Time Value, Time-Weighted Rate of Return, IRR, Beta, Alpha, etc.)
During the third interview I was offered the position but only after answering more personality and motivation questions. Although I accepted the position Company rescinded the written offer after one week due to results of a personality/IQ test.
