Beacon Light Behavioral Health Systems interview questions

I went through several. There are several different departments. They just shuffel you around until someone decides to hire or not hire you. The information they give you on what you will actually be doing on your job is very little. They like to leave out you will be wrangling and wresting with juvenile delinquents. Getting spit on, bitten, things thrown at you, kids running away (and it's always your fault somehow).
