Bayview Asset Management interview questions

The process consists of four stages: First, an initial HR screening to discuss the company. Second, a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. Third, a 3 hour online assessment covering multiple choice and coding challenges. Finally, a 2 hour onsite interview with the team.

The interview is expected to be friendly and of moderate difficulty, with a balanced mix of data, statistics, and coding questions. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate analytical thinking, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate their reasoning clearly and confidently.
